Even though we are not able to shoot our short film, this doesn't mean that the soundtrack/score that has been composed is left there useless. Actually, it will be one of the most important parts of the animatics. So the best thing is to meet with the composer and listen to each composed piece while discussing revisions and usage of specific score in scenes. Thankfully we are able to meet from distance with the Zoom, and fortunately we figured out how to share the soundtrack so every participants were able to listen to the piece at the same time. So when are meeting with our composer has been concluded we finalized our choice to 8 pieces out of 11 composed for the soundtrack with specific scenes in our minds. Now whats left is to rerecord some with better quality, revise some, and eventually use them in animatics to see how timing works which then leads to composing of final versions.
